Tailored Programs

Each agency is unique in size, demographics, and resources. We will work with your agency to develop a tailored consulting arrangement that will most effectively help you to achieve your goals.

In all of our consulting proposals, we provide you not only a detailed summary of services but a Cost/Benefit Analysis. This analysis is based on real data and achievable goals as we have determined with other HomeSight consulting agreements.

To tailor your agreement, we offer many options. Such items include:

  • Optional HomeSight Program exclusivity. This option allows you time to develop HomeSight by becoming your areas branded name for home health low vision services without competition from other HomeSight providers.
  • Specialized training for your staff including clinicians, administrators, and marketers.
  • Provision of all documentation tools/forms necessary for Medicare billing.
  • Utilization of our staff to work with you in customizing documentation requirements into your existing POS software (Serner, Lewis,)
  • Use of HomeSight name, trademark and associated marketing materials.
  • Use of HomeSight’s Web based Equipment Ordering and Management module.
  • Ongoing access to our diverse staff for consultation following the training.
  • Goal to Go© Marketing and Go Strategies© consultation.
  • HomeSight’s Train the Trainer Program
  • HomeSight’s “Center of Excellence” Program
  • Access to HomeSight’s password protected Web Enabled interface. This interface allows agencies to download forms and manuals, order equipment and supplies as well as access our Community Resource section which can be tailored to fit your agency.
